Getting to Berlin Brandenburg Airport (BER)
BER is excellently connected by rail, S-Bahn and motorway. The station "BER Terminal 1-2" is located directly beneath the main terminal (Terminal 1, level U2) – you can't get there faster by train. By car, a dedicated access road leads to the A113 and on to the Berlin ring road (A10).

By train to BER
🚄 Airport Express (FEX) & regional trains
The FEX connects Berlin Hauptbahnhof with the station "BER Terminal 1-2" and runs approximately every 15 minutes during the day (operating around the clock between approx. 4 and 1 o'clock). In addition, regional trains (including RE7, RB) stop several times per hour. Journey time from Berlin Hbf: around 30 minutes.
🚈 S-Bahn (S9 and S45)
Lines S9 and S45 also stop at the station "BER Terminal 1-2", each running every 20 minutes. The S9 connects the airport with south-east Berlin and the city centre as far as Spandau. Ideal if you want to travel from Berlin without changing trains.
The station is located directly beneath Terminal 1 (level U2), from where it is only a few minutes' walk to the check-in desks. Terminal 2 can be reached on foot or by free shuttle.
By car to BER
The airport has its own junction on the A113, which connects BER directly with the Berlin city motorway (A100) and the Berlin ring road (A10). From Brandenburg and Berlin the airport is therefore easily and quickly accessible. Over 10,000 parking spaces are available for travellers in five multi-storey car parks and several parking areas.
Bus & taxi
Regional buses and express buses stop at stops A1–A8 on the arrivals level of Terminal 1. Taxi and ride-hailing stands are also located directly in front of the terminals.
